• autoMode.hard_deny adds unconditional block rules for auto mode. Define classifier rules that block regardless of user intent or allow exceptions, useful for locking down sensitive operations.
• MCP servers no longer disappear after /clear in VS Code, JetBrains, and Agent SDK. If you've been losing .mcp.json, plugin, or claude.ai connector servers mid-session, this is the fix.
• Multi-server MCP OAuth no longer requires daily re-authentication. Concurrent refresh token writes are now serialized, so users with several remote MCP servers stay logged in (more below).
• Plan mode was allowing file writes when a matching Edit(...) allow rule existed. If you rely on plan mode to gate edits, check whether unexpected writes went through.
